mixed feelings about this place
good locationuncomfortable bedflat pillows
the location was good for getting around.
the bed felt really uncomfortable to sleep on. the pillows were also really flat, i found it hard to get comfortable. the room cleaning only happens once every seven days, so i felt it wasnt enough.

Decent Stay With Some Issues

I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to the train station and right by the river. The room had a kitchenette which was useful for preparing simple meals.
The bed was uncomfortable for me. the pillows were very flat, so there was little support for my head. The air-conditioning seemed to have issues and it was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room.

The reception staff were helpful. They offered us an umbrella when it was raining. The kitchen included all accessories. We could use them daily.
The beds were uncomfortable to lay on. The pillows were basically flat (too little support!). The air-conditioning worked too well. The apartment was too cold.

The location was convenient. The vicinity to the wall was a notable advantage.
The front desk service was not great, i had to be let into my room due to a key issue one night. then there was a big spider on the wall. No phone was in the room, so i wrote a note to reception to have it removed. this was inconvenient

i found the staff helpful and cute. the room's thoughtful layout really maximized the space. having kitchen items available added a nice convenience (i really appreciated that detail).
during my stay, i noted that luggage drop-off was a bit inconvenient, as there wasn't a designated area directly in front of the building for unloading.

the room featured modern décor and a functional design. the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a luxurious touch, i must say. soundproofing ensured a super calm place, important for relaxation after a long day (especially after a long day).

the hotel is situated near the remaining section of the iconic landmark, great for history enthusiasts. a train station is only a short walk away, simplifying transportation around the city. its proximity to the uber arena also provides added convenience for event attendees.

the hotel offered free laundry facilities, very convenient. a gym is also on site , so it's easy to keep up with the fitness routine. a whatsapp number provided easy communication with the staff, i appreciated that.
